The high-carbon blade undergoes a process in which the steel’s molecular structure is realigned to be stronger and more robust, honed twice by hand and once by laser to ensure a perfect finish. As a result, it is extremely durable and retains sharpness well. What sets a Classic Ikon knife apart is its handle, which is designed to align with the curve of your hand as you grip it, as well as bolsters in the top and bottom of the handle for additional balance.
