A clean grill grate ensures that your food is not only tasty, but doesn't stick to the grate, and has proper metal contact to achieve the best sear. Traditional wire brushes wear down quickly, and bristles can fall out and get stuck on the grates, embedding in your food and endangering you and your family.
We’ve developed a stainless steel scraper that allows you to keep your grates clean, safe, and much more. With a formed scraper head that perfectly matches the angled grate pattern on both our large and small grills, you ensure that your grates are as clean as they can be.
- Formed scraper head fits large and small model angled cooking grates
- The flat side of the scraper head can be used to clean ash pan and grate channels, along with flat cooking grates and warming racks
- The elongated hanging hole on the handle is large enough to rotate the firedoor latch when your grill is hot.
- The length of the handle is long enough to balance a heat shield on for removal (with some practice!)
- Scraper pattern matches the V-shaped grates of Legacy, Gourmet, Hastings, Suburban, 357PRO, and Fiesta grills. While it can be used as a coal rake for all models, it will not fit the grate pattern of Rangers, HB250’s, or Roughnecks.
The Hasty Bake steak weight is made out of 304 stainless steel and can be used on any grill. It features a low-profile, sturdy, vented handle, and 3 slotted temperature probe access holes for easy doneness checking, mid-cook. The HB steak weight fits neatly underneath the hood of the HB250 while searing is underway, whether on your GrillGrates, or up on your grill extender.
A steak weight works by applying additional pressure for an even cook and consistent metal contact, allowing deep, pristine grill marks to form on the surface of the steak during the searing process.
The steak weight is also a great tool for smash burgers on your favorite griddle.
