Instructions for ordering:

Determine if you want the towel hanging on the left side or the right side of the caddie
Measure the width of your tub from outside edge to outside edge
Select the size range and that your measurement falls into and your orientation
Specify the exact measurement in the message to seller at checkout

The caddie will be made so that the towel hangs outside of the tube on the side of your choosing.
