Vintage Stanley Ferrostat "It Will Not Break" Thermos Pitcher. This pitcher is heavy, weighing in at over 4 pounds! It has fabulous chippy green paint and brass colored metal, the interior is blue. It has great style with a handle and the original cork and metal stopper (the stopper rests inside, but does not seal tight). It is monogrammed 'AC' on the metal band. Patented 1913. Beautiful, rare piece that will add a touch of elegance to your space! DETAILS (from the bottom of the pitcher): STANLEY FERROSTAT "It Will Not Break" Patented Sept 2, 13 Made in U.S.A. Stanley Insulating Co, New York City CONDITION: Vintage with wear on the green paint and some dings on the metal. The interior has some stains and possibly a little rust (not guaranteed safe to use for drinks). The cork stopper is a little chipped, it fits well but doesn't have a tight seal. APPROXIMATE DIMENSIONS: 10 inches tall (10 1/2 inches to top of stopper), 6 inches from end of spout to end of handle.
